3,000 years later… “Hi honey, I’m home!”


Honey is the only food on the planet that will not spoil or rot. Honey remains edible for at least 3,000 years.

Since honey has great anti-bacterial properties it’s not necessary to store it in a fridge. In fact – refrigerating honey promotes crystallisation. If you have honey which becomes gritty and crystallised simply stand the jar in hot water (not boiling) and it will re-liquefy.

Never put honey in a microwave. To do so will kill the enzymes in the honey.
